Joe McCollum - Vibration Specialist Category III
Involved with Predictive Maintenance Programs since 1979, Mr. McCollum is responsible for managing data collection and evaluation for all types of industrial Predictive Maintenance Programs. He is a Level II Vibration Specialist certified by the Vibration Institute and a Level I Thermographer certified by the Infraspection Institute and has also successfully completed Basic Ferrographic and Wear Particle Training. His involvement in industry includes responsibility for programs at Petrochemical, Power Utilities, Marine, Building Maintenance and Mining facilities. Mr. McCollum is also proficient in vibration analysis and trouble shooting of rotating and non-rotating equipment with an experience base over twenty three years applicable to numerous types of equipment. His capabilities also expand to rotor dynamic balance of large and small rotors ranging from 2 HP to 180MW turbo machinery, mechanical shaft alignment, acoustic analysis, seismic and structural surveys, theoretical modal analysis, ODS (operational deflection shapes), and infrared imaging technologies.

Grady Gage - Vibration Specialist Category III
Grady Gage joined EnVibe in 1999. He is responsible for vibration analysis, balancing and laser alignment of rotating machinery in buildings, water treatment, power and petrochemical plants. He also performs infra-red thermography on electrical gear and associated applications.

Grady began his career in 1991 with Vibranalysis Engineering where he traveled the world performing vibration analysis, balance and alignment. Throughout his career, Grady has continued to develop his skills by attending industry courses including those held by the Vibration Institute.

Cecil Demeritt - Senior Analyst
Cecil DeMeritt joined EnVibe in November 2002. As a Senior Analyst, he is responsible for performing turbo-machinery start-ups, vibration diagnostics and analysis, on-site motor diagnostics, structural analysis, field balancing, on-site training, infra-red studies and PDM/CM program set up and implementation.

With over 25 years experience in the vibration analysis and predictive maintenance industry, Cecil has worked as a Senior Analyst at MEPCO, a Consultant at CSI's Engineering/Consulting Field Services Division, a Manager for General Turbine Systems, a Senior Analyst at Quesco Turbo-Machinery and a Project Engineer at Allison Transmission.

Robert Alan Hunt, P.E. - Analyst
A graduate of the University of Texas with a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering (1958) and the University of Houston with a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering (1960), Mr. Hunt has extensive experience in the implementation of condition monitoring and diagnostics programs. Mr. Hunt also has extensive experience in assessment and control of acoustics and noise problems.

Mr. Hunt is a Registered Engineer in the State of Texas and is a Charter Member of the Houston Chapter of the Vibration Institute and a member of the Acoustic Society of America.

Tom Ritter - Vibration Analyst
Tom has been with EnVibe since 1997. He performs vibration analysis, balancing, alignment and pipewall thickness studies. A graduate of the University of Texas, Tom began his career with an industrial maintenance service company and first worked with vibration analysis and related technologies in 1995. He is a member of the Vibration Institute, ACOE and RETA.
